I am reading “Clear the Mind” Exercise from module 10.1 and I am wondering how exactly “Clear the Mind” Exercise could look like. Can you share any examples (potentially from your own practice)?

Hi Marta, I sometimes try this which is effective: Do a short mindfulness practice with the coachee at the beginning of the session..a few minutes of a breathing routine or a body scan. This helps to relax and ground especially if they have had a hectic day. Another suggestion is to ask them to close their eyes and visualise a beautiful inspiring scene - somewhere real or imaginary. Ask them to imagine being there and it will help them to connect with a relaxing and inspiring image. How does that sound ?
