Listen to 9.2.1 - Audio on ‘Developing Habits’.
Reade 9.3 ‘Brain Connection: Habits’. Will discuss in class.

Peer Coaching Activities
Complete 9.4 ‘Peer Coaching Activity: Setting Goals.’ Complete the activity of setting sub goals of a main goal.

Complete 9.5 ‘Peer Coaching Activity: Coaching Around Habits’. Spend at least 20 minutes coaching one another on a habit you would like to change, using the process described in the lesson.
